Accreditation
Since 1951, the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) has been dedicated to continuously improving the safety and quality of our nation’s health care through its voluntary accreditation process. Because we are also committed to continuous quality improvement, Madison County Hospital is a voluntary participant in the JCAHO process. The hospital and our laboratory program are surveyed regularly by JCAHO. Both entities are accredited, demonstrating Madison County Hospital’s commitment to nationally recognized healthcare standards. |
