Throughout the year the MCH Foundation hosts several charitable events that provide funding for hospital programs and initiatives. Annual fundraising events include the County Classic Golf outing at the London Country Club; Lights of Love, a seasonal celebration co-sponsored by the MCH Auxiliary; and Heartfelt Holidays, a holiday dinner and auction gala.

Annual County Classic Golf Outing
The County Classic, held each year in August, is a two-day charity event that offers two different formats for a fun day on the course.

Participants can choose Wednesday’s four-person shamble format and vie for major cash prizes or Thursday’s casual six-person scramble. A special discounted rate is available to avid golfers who want to participate both days!

Lights of Love
Lights of Love is a seasonal celebration to pay tribute to those you love. You can honor or remember someone special during the holiday by purchasing a lighted sign in the dazzling display of lighted pine trees that line the front lawn or by purchasing a twinkling white light on our giant blue spruce tree. The event is co-sponsored by the MCH Auxiliary and Foundation.

Lights of Love takes place each year on the Monday after Thanksgiving and coincides with Downtown London’s Old Fashioned Christmas.

Heartfelt Holidays
Heartfelt Holidays is an annual dinner, dance and auction that takes place on the first Saturday in December at the Lodge at Choctaw Lake. The event raises funds for the MCH Home Health Hospice and local cancer care programs.

Businesses and individuals graciously donate hundreds of items that are sold during the silent and live auctions which raise nearly $40,000 annually.
